    Kasper Winding has recently recorded his score for the upcoming western The Salvation at Abbey Road Studios in London. The film is directed by Kristian Levring (Fear Me Not) and stars Mads Mikkelsen, Eva Green, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Jonathan Pryce, Eric Cantona, Mikael Persbrandt, Douglas Henshall and Michael Raymond-James.

    The movie is set in 1870s America where a settler kills his family’s murderer and unleashes the fury of a notorious gang leader. Levring has co-written the screenplay with Anders Thomas Jensen (In a Better World, Brothers).

    • Sisse Graum Jørgensen (The Hunt, A Royal Affair) is producing the project for Zentropa Productions. The Danish film, which was shot in English, is set to be released in Scandinavia this fall. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.

    Winding has also composed the score for the upcoming drama Posh.
